Residential Services

We provide safe, supportive home environments that promote independence, stability, and community involvement. Through our Family Home Provider and residential services, individuals receive personalized support with daily living skills, relationship building, and personal growth while maintaining choice, dignity, and autonomy.

Emergency Respite: We also offer short-term relief for families and caregivers, ensuring loved ones receive quality care while caregivers rest and recharge.

Positive Behavior Support Services (PBSS)

Positive Behavior Support Services are grounded in evidence-based practices that focus on understanding the reasons behind behavior. By identifying the factors that influence behavior and the needs it serves, we develop individualized, person-centered strategies that teach meaningful replacement skills and promote positive outcomes.

Our approach emphasizes skill development, emotional regulation, communication, independence, and improved quality of life. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, caregivers, and support teams to create practical, sustainable strategies that support success across home, school, work, and community settings.

Person-Centered Coaching (PCC)

Person-Centered Coaching (PCC) is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves to be heard, respected, and supported in building a life that is meaningful to them. This service focuses on strengthening independence, confidence, and everyday skills through support that honors each person’s choices, strengths, and unique journey. PCC services are a vital part of the Behavior Supports team and are provided under the direction of the individual’s Positive Behavior Support Specialist. Coaches help individuals overcome behavioral obstacles, develop daily living and self-advocacy skills, and work toward goals that are meaningful to them and aligned with their personal priorities.

Community Access

Our Community Access services support individuals in exploring and participating in their communities through activities that align with their interests, goals, and preferences. Whether attending community events, building social connections, volunteering, or developing new skills, Community Access helps individuals increase confidence, foster independence, build meaningful relationships, and strengthen their sense of belonging.

Personal Assistant Services

Personal Assistants provide hands-on support with daily living activities such as hygiene, meal preparation, transportation, and organization—promoting independence while respecting dignity and choice.

Supported Employment

Supported Employment Services are designed to help individuals find, learn, and maintain meaningful work in their community. This service focuses on building vocational skills, confidence, and independence while honoring each person’s interests, strengths, and employment goals. Support may include job exploration, skill development, workplace support, and ongoing encouragement to help individuals succeed in competitive, integrated employment settings. Services are tailored to the individual’s pace, abilities, preferences, and long-term success.  Supported Employment is more than just finding a job; it’s about belonging, purpose, and pride.

Community Living Supports (CLS)

Our Community Living Supports service provides individualized, hands-on assistance to help individuals navigate daily life while building independence and confidence. Services are tailored to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and preferences, supporting them in living as independently and safely as possible within their home and community. CLS focuses on daily living activities such as personal care, household routines, community participation, and skill development.
