Leslie brings more than 30 years of passion, dedication, and hands-on experience to New Opportunities and Ways. Throughout her career supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Leslie has gained an exceptional understanding of the field by serving in a variety of roles—from Community Living Support professional and Residential Manager to Compliance and Risk Director. This unique perspective allows Leslie to lead with both expertise and genuine compassion.
As Assistant Executive Director, Leslie combines strategic leadership with a deep commitment to the individuals and families we serve. She is a tireless advocate for person-centered supports and believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful life on their own terms. One of the greatest joys of Leslie’s career has been witnessing firsthand how the SCL Waiver empowers people to pursue their goals, build independence, and create lives they truly love. Leslie’s unwavering dedication, wealth of knowledge, and heart for service makes her an invaluable leader and mentor within our organization.
