Compliance & Administrative Manager
Sierra Norris is the Office Manager at N.O.W. and an integral part of the organization’s daily operations and culture. With a background in the medical field and over eight years of experience serving the IDD community, Sierra brings a deep understanding of both clinical systems and person-centered support to her work.
Before stepping into her administrative leadership role, Sierra worked directly with individuals as a Person-Centered Coach, with a strong preference for supporting those with more extensive needs and complex challenges. She also served as a Program Manager in a day program setting, where she focused on creating meaningful, engaging experiences that promoted connection, dignity, and quality of life. These experiences continue to shape her thoughtful, client-centered approach behind the scenes.
As Office Manager, Sierra supports administrative staff, contractors, and clients through consistent communication, organization, and problem-solving. She is highly detail-oriented, mission-focused, and grounded in ethical practices, ensuring that systems run smoothly and that everyone feels supported in their role. Whether coordinating schedules, assisting contractors, or helping families navigate services, Sierra approaches each task with care, reliability, and purpose.
Often described as the heart of N.O.W., Sierra plays a vital role in maintaining the values, integrity, and sense of family that define the organization. Her dedication, compassion, and steady presence help create an environment where staff feel supported, services remain strong, and clients are always at the center of the work.
